so theres this guy i met a year ago. we've been playing around with eachother, you know, being friends more than anything. he has spent a year trying to get me to like him. he broke up with his girlfriends when i was single. he takes care of me, and is always there for me when i need him. we kiss all of the time, and he has even picked me up from parties when i was a little gone when i was over an hour away from him. but now that he has an actual chance with me, he's taking his damn time like it was his job. how the hell do i give him the message that im into him without being too needy or aggressive?

well, i think you should just be straight forward with him if you all are best freind and u can talk to him you shoul be able to talk to him about even things like this. and if you have a strong felling that he feels the same way about you as u feel about him then there should be no problem. probably the rearson why he ha not asked u to go steady with him yet is probably because u might be sending off the i dont like you that way message.

You just tell him. You shouldn't worry about being to needy or aggressive. Any good relationship has a great communication.

Let him know how you feel and ask him what his intentions are. After knowing each other for this long, it's fair to ask, just don't make a major case out of it, talk about it once and then let it go for awhile....

you shouldn't be angry and make him sound like the bad guy when he's done so much for you. You really need to rethink your attitude towards this situation. But it sounds like he knows you like him already, maybe he's just shy about doing it. Wait for him; it sounds like he's a guy worth waiting for.

Well, why wait for him? Why not be aggressive? If he's taking his time, take the initiative and go for it.
