Sadly, there's actually no way to speed the growing process. I've looked this up myself a few months ago. The rate of growth will always remain the same.

just learn to live with it...nothing will help that much, i shaved my head bald once and u would be surprised what a few months did, im assuming your not bald so dont stress it, its only hair it will grow back.

You can take prenatal vitamins. They have been proven to speed hair growth. Go to a vitamin store, they sometimes have vitamins just for hair. They also strengthen your nails, so you can look in that section too.

if u're a man u might be suffering from male pattern baldness. try finpecia or finax tablets along with a mintop forte or regen lotion.
it works to some extent.

It will grow trust me. In about a month it will probably be like an inch longer! Otherwise try a hat! =)

Just at simple places such as walmart they have hair growth vitamins. (and they really do work.) Also use prenatal vitamins.
