Suspicious - yes. Suicide - no. An lot of folks stand to benefit from his death and silence - follow the money.

Suicide? I don’t think life as a CEO prepares people for thirty years in jail when your 64 cleaning toilets and paying off protection money to a prison gang. If you were going to get out at some point with money in the bank… But a life sentence and the goverment took everything away… I wonder if Skilling will fall from a cell block by “accident” too…

Anyone who thinks Lay's death has been faked is an imbecile.

You conspiracy nuts don't understand how many people have to be involved in your little "cover up" to make them work.

Even the thought entering your head, impeaches your intellect. At least you aren't alone, I think I've read ten people asking the same idiotic question.

Kenneth Lay is no more dead than you or I. Don't be so naive.
Look for the wife to mysteriously die or quietly move away within 18 months. "Bodies" will be "cremated", services will be closed,
and autopsy reports will be conveniently performed by doctors "close" to the family. You will never see a body.

My answer is an astrological one. Based on Vedic astrology, his death occurred during the major period of Rahu (North node) and the sub priod of Mars. In general deaths during the period of Rahu are unnatural in nature. Hence, I suspect that he might have committed suicide. Or, he could have even been killed.

They should run DNA tests on the body, to be sure that the CROOK didn't skip out on us. I agree, it is very suspicious.

But at least there won't be another appeal. It's done!

That is so funny you said that. I was discussing that very possibility with one of my co-workers. It is totally possible. I guess he didn't want to exchange his 3 piece suits for a prison jumpsuit for the rest of his days. LOL

No, he was old. Mysterious deaths happened under the Clintons, this guy just died. Do you really want our govt. to spend even more of our money investigating this?

No..., but he got off easy... He should have been in jail for at least 25 years or more... I bet his wife will be well off. $ wise ... She should not profit from this mess either....
