deuces are a pouch with a hose with a tip that has little wings with 3 holes in between each. the wings are like the featers at the end of the arrow. the tip is round for comfort and slowly glades into the wings. you fill the pouch with water then attach the hose. you insert the hose inside. it is suppose to wash the stuff out of your system. however, they have studied how well deuces do in washing out the sperm. the result, they found out that you have a higher chance of getting pregnant using the deuce then without.
