Because those people are NOT happy with themselves, so they try to lower everyone and put set themselves at higher standards to make them look more powerful. But dont let those people get to you. There just plain out dumb and are making a complete foul out of themselves, in my opinion.

Because they do not realize just how much smarter than them we are. I, for one, like to make them believe they are smart .... it makes them easier to train!
