Sylvia Brown stated our spirits stay on earth in the afterlife but yet they are in another dimension and we see them out of the corner of our eyes so how could I get into their dimension there must be some way anyone`s theories?

Astral travel. You need to open your chakras and separate your spirit from your body (the spirit remains attached to the body via a 'silver cord'). This takes a lot of practice and more instruction that I do not have the qualifications to give you as I have yet to master this myself.

There are many books and courses on how to astral project. However, if it were truly something that could be mastered, then many more would be doing it right now.
Astral Projection, like Healing, Prophecy, and Charisma, is a Gift of the Spirit. You have to get a channel of energy from people on the Other Side that enables your soul to leave the body. Being very ill or close to death does make it easier to astral project, as the bond to the body is weaker than when healthy, but you will still need a strong channel of energy to do it.
Then there is another problem with AP.
I don't agree with everything that Sylvia Brown espouses. Her guides were wrong about Al Gore making it to the White House. However, she did say something on a talk show once that was quite insightful. She said that only 30% of those on the Other Side are devoted to The Light.
That is probably overstating it.
What that means is that the vast majority of people on the Other Side are not spiritually focused. Just like it is here.
When one astral projects, by virture of the fact that one is connected to the body via a "silver chord," one cannot truly ascend into The Light and to a spiritual place.
As such, it is very wise to avoid the Lower Realms where the spiritually retarded or common spirits dwell.
The physical plane is on a lower vibration than the Lower Realms of Spirit. This means that even if you were able to learn deep meditation and if you managed to get the energy from Spirit (through prayer) to astral project, you will find yourself in essentially DEMONLAND. Seriously.
So I suggest that you don't pursue astral projection at all. Instead, learn to communicate with the Other Side in a spiritual context. A great "how to" book on this from the 1980s is called Opening To Channel. Once you know the basics, then you can move on to more advanced intuitive processes, which we refer to as Spiritual Correspondence.

Did you know humans didn't see the sky as blue once upon a time and there were only 3-4 colors in the rainbow? The next realm of vision is the ultraviolet one where some 'deceased' souls exist. Those with higher developed right brain lobes can 'view' it already, like Sylvia, other psychics and some mystics.

that is of course if you believe everything Sylvia writes .. she means well but i would look into your own study on spirits from more reputable sources as spirit aren't seen from the corner of your eye nor do they remain on earth ..in another dimension or not

I honestly don't believe you can go onto there plain. I also believe you can see them if they have enough energy.
