You can find out what state they live in by their area code. You can find that in your phone book. I also think there is a way to search for what they call reverse address thru their phone number. Try your search engine to locate people.

yes. its called a reverse search. If they are listed, you can search by phone number. At the very least, look at the area code you can get the state and part of the state they live in.
