Air Conditioners can dry out the air so it is just the lack of moisture in the air that might cause a nosebleed. There are plain saline nosesprays you can get just to add moisture to your nose to prevent those.

Changes in climate can cause problems with your sinuses and the dry air could also cause your nose to bleed. Trying get a nosal spray to help.

I agree that it can cause dry nasal passages that could lead to a bloody nose. The best remedy is saline nasal sprays. I don't get nose bleeds but I definitely get dry and irritated nasal passages and it also effects my eyes, especially in the car when the vents are pointed at my face. I think it may have something to do with the frion used in air conditioning units.

I'm not sure on the air conditioning, but most people get nose bleeds because of dried humidity in the air.
If you can, get a humidifer to put moisture in the air. If you can;t buy one, boil water on the stove for a few hours a day, and that will help.

i get nose bleeds when the air is dry or when i sleep with the air conditioner or fan blowing in my face or when i breathe just pure oxygen. i guess it has to do with your sinuses.

If it dries out the air, which it probably does, it can make you have nose bleeds.

It dries out the air, which can give you a nosebleed if you're sensitive to that.
