If you have much of an infection it won't go away without treatment unless you cut out all sugar and carbs which feed the yeast.
The cranberry juice someone suggested is for urinary tract infections and since juice contains sugar would actually make a yeast infection worse.
Above all I would suggest calling your gynecologist for questions of this nature and not relying on complete strangers who may not know what they are talking about.

If your itchy and there is discharge that's out of the normal for you and if there's a foul smell, then yes it could be a yeast infection. Some yeast infection is like cottage cheese too, when sticking your finger to check. For home remedies, vinegar bath is good, eating yogurt (that has the good bacteria) for the meantime. Using commercial stuff you get at the store good do more harm than good. Yes Antibiotics can give you a yeast infection but usually if takin for a long period of time. Not tipically the 7-10 day period. But for a yeast infection. A antifungal medicine will help with that. I had a yeast infection, I knew the signs of it. So I told the Dr. and he prescribe me one pill Diflucon. And said if it don't go away in 7 days to let him know. It did.

Yogurt gets rid of it . It's hard to say how long it takes , it depends on how bad it is and how long you've had it.Take acidophylis. It 's an over the counter vitamin. You can get at walgreens or anywhere and it usually takes a day. If you are taking antibiotics, that's probally what gave it to you. Acidophylis is the live culures in yogurt that eat and get rid of the yeast. I think there is more of it in there too so it goes away faster. Good Luck

I don't think it will go away naturally - if you do nothing. If you treat it by eating lots of plain, unsweetened yogurt, (like 1 a day until it is gone), then it may go away. Since I have never tried it, I have no data on how long it would take.

It's best to get medical help, you could have complications at a later time. Get the infection cleaned out medically.

is you don;t want to go to the doctor for it, there are over the counter drugs you can get or as a natural remedy, put plain yogurt there and it will help to balance things out.

Uh....that's like the worst thing possible. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. I can't imagine trying to wait for it to go away on it's own.
