Why don't you go to Walgreen's and get the celebrity diet juice drink.
What you basically do is drink this juice for two days straight and nothing else.
It has worked for me. I didn't lose 10 pounds though.
It might work if you get two bottles and do it for 4 days.
I would probably exercise too.

try to eat veges and fruits in 4 small meals a day. exercise for about an hour each day. you will probably reach your goal in 9 days if you keep this schedule: 1.pick out fav fruits and veges 2.make a chart of what your going to eat for the past 10 days and exercise chart 2 3.lose weight. if you want this to be affective through away all fried food and fats and stuff (yep that's right potato chips 2) do not stop at restaurants and if you get hungry chew gum

Cant do it without damaging yourself premanantley, no matter what anyone says. 2 Pounds a week is healthy, 10 in 5 days is outrageous.

You seriously want to lose10 pounds in 5 days?
Okay this is how a lot of people do it: eat Chinese food.
And no, don't eat Chinese food from restaurants...that's fake.
See if you have any Chinese friends that can cook some real Chinese food.
You don't need to cut out your carbs or proteins or any of that...You can still have meat, all the carbs you want, vegetables and even desert. Just eat natural foods...and use natural flavoring...
Look at most Chinese people...they are skinny!!!

You can lose about 3-4 lb of FAT which is excellent compared to 10 unhealthy lb of water and muscle loss. Run, Run, Run about 5 miles a day. Find a montain you can exercise at dont run on the trendmill on fitness clubs. Go out and exercise like crazy it can do a mirracle.

You don't 'need' to do anything.

If you are serious about losing weight, take these suggestions:

Eat as close to vegetarianism as possible. No franks, sausage, cut out eggs if you have to. http://www.pcrm.org/health/
These are your average doctors who know the benefits.

Cut out tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
Eat lots of vegetables and some fruits.
Take a quality multi-vitamin from your local 'health' store or vitaminshoppe.com
Get plenty of excersize.

i dont know what they are talking about. this is totally doable. wrestlers sometimes lose 10 pounds overnight. (not something i would recomend) just eat nothing but protien and cut back your servings. you will also need to do stuff to get your cardio up. i would suggest running.
