The counseling office at your old high school should still have them in your files. Some colleges will accept your grades if the high school submits them as part of your official transcript.
If you need an official copy, contact http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/scores.html for the SAT, and http://www.actstudent.org/scores/send/ for the ACT.

You call or write to the registrar at the high school you graduated or went to, and request a copy of your transcripts, they should be on there.
