Depends on which version you look at.
In The Message, there are two. In John 11:35, it says "Now Jesus wept." (The standard "Jesus wept." in the NIV) In Hebrews 5:7, it says "While he lived on earth, anticipating death, Jesus cried out in pain and wept in sorrow as he offered up priestly prayers to God." (The NIV says, "During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.")
So, it depends on which version you look at. It also depends on whether you go with the strict "Jesus wept", or if you'd take "loud cries and tears" as an alternative.
