i dont think u gain wieght by drinking water cuz u pee it out and then it helps ur sinalot but at first it will bring some pimples cuz its cleaning out ur pores and helps u lose wieght WATER IS GREAT

if you mean can you put weight on by drinking water....then yes its called water weight your retaining large amounts of water and not excreting it as quickly as you should be.

i dont get what u mean...if u drink a bunch of water it could make u a couple of ounces bigger but this is only temporary.
