The limit on the healthy loss of fat per week is about 2 lb. You want to lose the waight so it doesnt come back after you stop with the diet. From my experience losing waight is done by running your butt off. I lost 58 lb of fat in the past year by running regulary and eating less but my died has not changed dramatically except no pizza and the fast food and less of pepsi, mdew and dr.pepper :P

that is a lot of exercise. work up to that many reps
gradually. don't forget a healthy diet. eat plenty of
healthy foods. cut way down on fats and simple carbs.
it depends how much you weigh hoe much you lose
how fast.

don't push it, that is too much it is bad for you, do the exercise , change your diet to a low carb, low fat, no sugar diet, then you will loose a good amount of weight.
