Enter him in dog shows. Let him strutt his stuff, and if he is of a good quality according to breed standards, the ladies will be waiting in line.... Be sure to carry business cards, so prospects will be able to contact you.
Require all females to be tested for brucelosis, as this a common STD in dogs...If your dog is infected, it will ruin him forever.

Put him in the Paper or Iwanna for stud service. But most people would like to breed there dog with a AKC dog. Regeristered. A male dog needs to be three years old before you should breed it, or two. I love labs and I have a black labrador retriver female.
You could put an ad like this in the iwanna:
Yellow labrador retriver for stud only,
$300 or u can charge more

Go to http://www.akc.org and study. There is *way* more to this than you would think. Go to the "Breeders" section and read as much info as you can. Then, go to the Labrador Retriever National Breed Club and read all of the info they have about breeding. The AKC will have the link, though I can go look it up for you... Back with that in a minute...

There's more to know than will fit in this little answer box, so go check out the links... Studying up on genetics and heredity won't hurt, either. And mammal biology. And ethics. *heh*

Good luck to you!

D'oh! And like Chetco so nicely thought to say, take him to shows and make sure he's of good breeding quality! Thanks again, Chetco!

Edit: Here's the link to the breed club for the Labs...
