Please don't start being bulimic.
I'm saying this from previous experience of being an anorexic.
When I was 14, I was around 5 feet tall and weighed around 75 pounds. I have a small frame, so naturally it's hard for me gain weight...no matter how much I eat. But I still thought I had too much flab and could stand to lose some weight. I was down to 65 pounds before family and friends intervened.
And now, many years later...I still struggle with body image...I weigh around 85 pounds now, but at least I'm not Bulimic or Anorexic anymore. I consume around 4000-5000 calories a day and I can barely manage my weight...now imagine what would happen if I reduced my calorie intake to barely 1000.
So please....rethink this over. You won't regret it like I do.

Bulimia Nervosa is an emotional disorder which consists of episodes of binge-eating followed by some forms of purging and/or severe dietary restraint. A "binge" is the secretive consumption of large amounts of food in a short period of time. Most bulimics follow the binge by self-induced vomiting, but "purging" may take the form of laxative or diuretic abuse, fasting, diet pills, or strenuous exercising. This binge-purge cycle is normally accompanied by self-deprecating thoughts, depressed mood, and an awareness that the eating behavior is abnormal and out of control.
Bulimia nervosa is more common than anorexia nervosa. Bulimia nervosa tends to develop in late adolescence and early adulthood, but it can occur in males and females of any age.
A person can be anorexic and bulimic at the same time. At least 40% of people with anorexia nervosa suffer simultaneously from bulimia.
Symptoms of Bulimia Nervosa
Fear of weight gain
Distinct and often uncontrollable, secretive episodes of binge eating followed by attempts to purge the food through self-induced vomiting, unhealthy dieting and/or use of laxatives, diuretics or diet aids
Depression and recurrent mood swings
Prolonged exercise for the purpose of weight control
Inability to discontinue binge-purge cycle
Problems with the throat, esophagus, stomach, and colon
Accumulation of fluid with swelling of the parotid glands
Dental problems
Emotional instability and impulsiveness
Dissatisfaction with body shape and preoccupation with becoming thin
Frequent weight fluctuation
Warning Signs of Bulimia Nervosa
Exhibit concern about their weight and make attempts to control weight by diet, vomiting, or laxative and diuretic abuse.
Eating pattern may alternate between binges and fasts.
Most are secretive about binges and vomiting.
Food consumed during a binge has a high caloric content.
Majority of individuals are within a normal weight, some may be slightly underweight or overweight.
Depressive moods and self-deprecating thoughts following a binge.

Not sure. But with a question like that it appears you are bulimic, or on your way to becoming bulimic. My advice to you is to please look up bulimia on the net and see the horror stories of how it has ruined the lives of many young girls, and not to mention the death of millions.I urge you to rethink your plan on weightloss if this is what you have chosen. and feel you cannot control it on your own, speak with someone...a parent, a friends parent, a hot line.........anything to get your frame of mind on lossing weight safely. I HAD a friend who suffered with bulimia. It started out skipping meals, then taking weightloss pills, then throwing up, not eating, not drinking. Her kidneys shut down, and her heart stopped. She weighed only 72 lbs at her death. She was 5'8 and 19 years old. PLEASE do research on the web to see that it is not worth having a slim figure. Email me if you wish I lost 70 lbs the healthy way. How much do you need to lose?

well you dont just "start being bulimic" its a mental disorder you cant just wake up in the morning and be like hey im gonna barf up my food to lose weight
and with bulimia you dont really lose weight because all true bulimics know that you binge and purge and eventually the binging catches up with you and you start to gain
(bingeing means eating a lot of food in one sitting A LOT and then purging means puking it up )
but ure cheeks get puffy if you do it enough and that shows after a little while

doesn't sound like you're fat. the finest you may do is eat salad or eat cheese and not in any respect something else (and an excellent style of water) even as operating your abs truly problematic. you may want to also attempt a protein shake/bar yet i do not understand how helpful those are in weight-loss. they're good for muscle. The exciting element is that you weigh as a lot as me and that i'm male = P yet my metabolism is so quickly so i visit eat like a pig and not in any respect earnings weight. attempt something that provides you with a burning sensation. attempt doing it once you're hungry so that you burn the fat and then eat once you may want to. do exactly a artwork out even as hungry for prompt weight-loss. not the healthiest even if it gained't damage you for some days. provide your self a wreck too! do not kill your self.

I'm not sure about that but I do know that bulimia can cause injury to your throat and many other health problems. It's not a good option for losing weight. I learned from experience.

If you don't instantly lose 10 pounds the first time you throw up, then Bulimia won't work for you. I doubt you have lost 10 pounds by throwing up just once, so stop it, k?
