Well, if it hasn't happened for you up until now, it may not just start happening for you.
The first question you have to ask is: what is it you want? If all you want is sex, period, then you may be best off just going to Nevada and visiting a professional legally. Use protection, etc.
But if what you want is a relationship, that's not going to help you. I'm guessing that you're not real good at meeting women in person. In that case, you might try using internet personals, and things like that. Try to be as honest as possible (but still upbeat!) about who you are and what you want, and chances are you will eventually find someone who will make you happy. :-)
