Yes. My sister and I always talk about opening a house that will house homeless people. They have to be drug free or in rehab/ agree to random drug tests. They will be given/loaned a starter wardrobe. They will be given training on how to interview and we would have resumes printed up for them.. We would provide a phone number and voice mail system for each of them so they can receive calls from potential employers. They have so much time to get a job and so much time to save up for their own place.
