I definitely would. It won't hurt you. Chances are it's probably still effective too, just a few months after the exp date. Take it, girl! and I hope you feel better soon.

You can use other medicines you may already have at home. Midol is basically pain medicine, a diuretic (that is for the bloating/water retention). Aspirin or Advil or Aleve or any of those will do the same thing as the pain killer in Midol. You just won't be getting diuretic with it.

Have someone run out and get you some more midol and until they get back try taking a warm bath..it will relieve the pain.

It's probably still at or very nearly at full potency. The date on the package is the 'Best if used by" date. I wouldn't use it if it were a year past expiration, but this should be OK.

It won't cause you any harm, anyway.

It is okay to take it, it just may have lost some strength. Before next time get some new pills. sit in a warm bath or use a heating pad.

The expiration date has to do with when the med starts to lose potency. Since we are so close to that date, you should be fine. Anything passed a year should be tossed though.

i wouldn't chance it. drink some wine b/c it thins the blood and will make them hurt a little less. use icyhot if you have it (it works sometimes). take a walk (exercise helps). get more midol and take care girly

beyond the drug expiry date, it becomes less effective over time, but you can still take them.
