I went to the Society website and found no info. about cask no. 113.3. I was told this was purchased as an "investment bottle".

If you're seriously interested in finding out about this, go to the link below and address your inquiry to the Spirit Sommelier. It's a link for a place in downtown manhattan called the Brandy Library and the sommelier there, whom I've met but whose name I can't recall, has an encyclopaedic knowledge of spirits.

I can't guarantee he'll get back to you, but if anyone would know, he would.

Also if you happen to be in Manhattan, I strongly suggest you go there, it's definitely a Scotch and Brandy lover's paradise.

wow. try contacting an antique dealer (25+ years is an antique) or perhaps someone involved in the commodities market?
