That is completely disgusting! Just leave it there, sneak out of the bathroom. If someone discovers it, pretend it wasn't you. Or try to find a plunger in the room. Hey, at least it wasn't at your g/f's house. That would be more embarassing!

Well...the bravest thing would be to suck it up and tell the manager and ask for help. or, you could simply run out and tell them that you found the...umm...waste in the toilet. You don't have to say that it was necessarily you. But I wouldn't recommend just leaving it there.
