I am trying to make a "survival" list for summer music festivals. Any other suggestions?

Tuna and turkey are probably the two worst things to take if not on ice as they both spoil very easily and if you are putting mayonnaise on them,,,,,,even worse. PB and J is always your best choice if not using a cooler. And there are many different versions of a peanut butter sandwich, try it with marshmallow cream or a variety of other than grape jellies. Other than that try cheese and crackers, protein bars, fruit, chips. Lunchables are always good.

I think you'd have to definetely put it in an ice container add some ice box in the container too. I suppose it could last a couple of hours. Enjoy the music festivals

Gross. Depends on how hot it is. I go to a lot of festivals and never packed a sandwitch. No wait....I did once. I had turkey in a cooler and it got gross by the end of the day. Bring pb &j. Or meats to cook. Or just buy the yummy lot food.

I know that in a cool house it would go bad in 2 hours. So it really depends on how hot the day was,or when it would take place. In the middle of the day it might last for about 15 - 20 mins. at night it would last maybe an hour.

Depends on how hot it is where you are. I drove a sandwhich from Oakland to San Francisco in my car, it was hot, I ate it at home, and man, I didn't feel too good. I was lucky I only ate half and told them to go easy on the mayo. Don't risk it!!! Take canned tuna & crackers instead.

Working with the health department, I would say that unless you have these things in an ice container, probably less than an hour, esp. in the summer!!! Bacteria sets in quick!

Noooooo!!!! 3 days, tops for nutrition it really is already assembled. even if the tuna salad changed into merely in a storage field, it needs to be eaten right away. except for sure you order it from a eating position. they are allowed to serve nutrition as a lot as seven days previous. and they do.

Anything with mayo in or on it will spoil faster. Try PBJ.
