Solve one problem at a time and schedule time for yourself! Even if it is only a few minutes a day, take a moment to stop and relax. Sit outside, drink something relaxing, and let the rush end for a few minutes. You'll be shocked out even ten minutes will help.

First you want to make a list with the most important at the top and the least at the bottom. And one at a time go down the list and complete them-but be realistic, don't expect yourself to do things that are not feasible,
And remember you can't do it all in one day. Also allow yourself some rest time.

i accomplish the easy things first and get them out of the way and then i focus on the most difficult...i usually break those down into component parts and get them done more conscientiously...i hate hnodgepodge..i hate willynillies...you have to put some thought into whatever you are doing, to plan, write it down, or even get someone reliable to help you.. i am always pleasantly surprised to find i have accomplished much in a small amount of time
