I dont eat much meat.(tenders will do) I do eat alot of fruit and salads of any kind.(sharpen the mind and soul)
Excerise or stay active.(stay away from tv-do yard work or play w/kids) Do drink milk eat cheese-eat potatoes,beans. It doesnt have to eat meat all the time when you go out or a home. (eat small portions of meat but dont over do it)When you fast you must remember not to fast to quickly or you will regret it. Do drink pleanty of water. Good way to start walk around the block.Eat soups and salads/louchon meats advoid heavy grease foods and skins. Believe me you will get complements! If your restirted ask your doctor/check out the library. Hope this will help some.

I'm a vegetarian. Eating a diet of raw foods and drinking plenty of water. Organic fruits and vegetables are suggested.

I dont kno.. ppl need to eat meat.. Its good 4 u. Pluse the bible says were suppouse 2 eat meat because he dont want anmials talking over man kind,

no carbs- but it's not a healthy diet
you could loose a lot and fast
if you want a healthy diet eat right and exercise and you could loose for a longer period of time and not gain back all the weight right away

Fat makes you fat try limiting your fat intake to about 30% not eating meat is excellent try different fat free foods finds ones you like, read labels. cold fat free milk is wonderful low fat yogurt is great Frozen fat free yogurt is better than ice cream all steamed vegetables , boiled or baked potatoes dressed with molly mcbutter pepper kraft fat free ranch dressing adds a lot of flavor also to potatoes and veggies. There are tons of fat free cereals on the market try adding honey in place of sugar English muffins toasted and drizzled with honey and about a teaspoon of peanut butter . baked fish canned tuna prepared with fat free salad dressing or half and half most of your condiments are totally fat free can be added to recipes . eat when you are hungry , snack on totally fat free veggies and fruit all canned fruit totlally fat free Angel food cake totally fat free jello prepared with fruit cocktail or fresh fruit totally fat free cool whip is wonderful. Try eating six small meals a day be creative look on the internet for fat free or low fat recipes. By not putting fat into your body it will begin to burn the fat that has stored up from years of eating fat laddened foods. To burn fat you must move walk, bike, stretch bowl any activitie to burn fat. Use a tape measure you will notice results in two weeks continue watching your fat intake you will begin to loose inches measure your areas that have the most fat the more you move the more you loose also you need to breath practice deep breathing inhale and exhale your body needs oxygen. Whey protein powder smoothies are also great mix with bannanas or other fruit yogurt , wheat germ boost energy drink or what I use Equate store brand name at Wal-Mart less expensive packed with vitamins and minerals totally fat free. The trick is finding totally fat free recipes snacks most beverages are fat free give my plan a try for at least one month if you fall off the wagon for a few days just get back on no problem don't sweat it. Once you get into the habbit of moving you begin to become more energized the more energy you spend the more you get. Good luck on your adventure of loosing the fat getting healthy and feeling fit.

well, if you're a vegetarian, thats strict to me, but you should call a nutritionist, or look into an online plan!!!
