Before the flood people lived a long long time, Adam and Eve lived about 900 years. The original environment they lived in people and animals lived not only longer, but animals living longer could have more opportunity to grow to dinosauric size in some cases
Adam and Eve died because they sinned. Sin'll kill ya despite what you might hear from the snake on the street. That forbidden fruit can kill ya. In a sense Adam and Eve brought death into the world even bringing it to animals and the rest of creation.
The real dino extinction theory... here comes.. ...in a sense man killed the dinosaurs. Man sinned and brought death into the world. People sinned more and the flood came and the world could no longer support the kind of grand life that it used to, the environment was no longer ideal for dinosaurs and they greatly reduced in numbers and are nonexistent or rare today
In the days of Noah, God said He would shorten the average lifetime of man to more like 70 years and man was in a sence restained to live to be about 70, (AHEM giving me an avg of about 19 years left)
The first story of someone growing old after the flood was Abraham who in his old age was given a blessing. While aging under the curse so to speak, he was given a blessing that he would be a father of nations and from him, who had no child would every family on earth be blessed and every nation family and people group will someday be blessed though Abraham's descendant Jesus Christ.
Adam and Eve died because of sin, but righteousness will prevail as people lean on the work of Christ on the cross

Adam lived to be 900 and something years old. He died from old age and was in a lot of pain. He asked that his son go to an angel and ask for one drop of the oil from the tree of life, not to prolong his life but to lessen his pain and the angel refused and told him that the time had come for his life to be over. He lived for 4 more days after that and died. Eve's age and death was not told.

Adam lived to be 1,000 years old (Even though in the Bible it says 900 and some odd years....). God had said that in the "day" that he ate of the forbidden fruit he would die. A year to God is equal to 1,000 years. God fulfulls His prophecies even to the jot and tittle.
As far as Eve - sorry I don't have that info right now, nor cause of death.
As far as why people don't live longer now...man's lifespan has been shortened by God (as a curse for ...don't quote me on this one but I believe it was because of marriage outside of the covenant...)

Adam lived one hundred thirty years before he had seth.
and the days of adam after he had begotten seth were eight hundred years.
and all the days that adam lived were nine hundred and thirty tears and he died.
Does not say how, just that he died, Eves death is not mentioned at all, her years or means of death.

Only Adam's years of life is given in the Bible, 930, not Eve's. Their means of death is not mentioned. Sometimes extraneous Jewish writings can give clues, but they do not have the evidence or claim of divine inspiration as do the scriptures.

Adam died when he was 930. Genesis does not say why he died, but I would assume it was old age. Although God did say that eating from the tree of knowledge would cause their death, and it came true albeit 929 or so years later.
Could not find when Eve died.

Adam died at 930 years, but the Bible does not say when Eve died. The cause of death for both of them is not stated either.

"And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died."
No one knows the age of Eve when she died, and the Bible doesn't mention how for either of them, although I would expect old age.
