My cat likes to eat lucky charms. She dont eat it with milk so is it still bad for her!!

well it's not GOOD for her by any means. i'd say it's ok in extreem moderation. the sugar is very bad for her.

I am going to say that cereal is OK, like Cheerios or something without the sugar. Everything on this planet has preservatives in it so you won't get around that. Sugar is bad, but the grain in the cereal is good. I don't readily admit this, but my cats occasionally get ice cream, but only after they finish their mice.

Yes, it is bad for her. Lucky Charms contain sugar which will help give your cat cavities unless you want to brush her teeth daily. Cavities turn into nasty infections in cats, gets into their bloodstream and can cause kidney failure. Kidney failure is a leading cause of death in cats and rotten teeth are one of the main causes of bacteria getting into the blood stream according to my vet. My friend's adorable tomcat died this way and their vet had said the same thing.
Another thing... cats are carnivores. The need a mainly meat based diet making sure even the kibbles you give her have meat as the first ingredient in the label and not a grain. In the wild cats eat things like mice and birds and occasionally nibble on grasses.
If you want to really treat your kitty get her some of the kitty grass that you grow yourself. Cats love it and it is quite entertaining to watch them dive in like its a smorgasbord.

My vet says to give animals the food that is sold just for them. Cat food has a balanced diet of all the right things that your cat needs to maintain a healthy life.

Their Magically delicious. Yeah it's bad, cats should not eat people food, the preservatives and what not are bad for the cat.

It's bad if the only thing she eats. If she has normal cat food, it should be fine. Maybe it has vitamins that she needs in it.

People food is not good for cat once in a wile but not all the time there digested system is different

my cat liked lucky charms o_O yesh dey are magicly delicous :( but he died from diherrea and organ problems. NOT KIDDING but not from cereal, old age vet said :) rest assured. i still miss uncle max the cat... :'(
