Yes, I'm on Weight Watchers. I've lost 52 pounds so far! :)

Diets dont work....but i've found something that works wonders to lose weight...paul mckenna's "i can make you thin".....he's totally amazing...and has tips on how to tackle binges and cravings etc. if you like to lose weight and eat whatever and whenever you want at the same time i suggest you check him out...(if they dont sell his book near you, you can always get it on ebay)

Yes.... my own diet..... eating healthier, doing cardio and lifting some weights.

yes i workout 5 hours a day and eat lots of protine lost 10lbs so far its week 3
