Yes, female cats scent with urine just like male cats. My cat did so prior to getting spayed. A part of this occurrance with her was due to a condition called "False Heat" which kept her hormones spiked way up off the scale. As to whether or not cat urine would kill the flowers...it's vaguely possible, but only if there is an innundation of cat pee, not just a sprinkle here and there.
I guess the main question is, WHO is accusing your cat? I suspect that if it's a neighbor or someone outside of your family/household then it's probably an issue of finding a convenient target for anger at other neighborhood cats marking their overlapping territories.
As for peeing inside of a car, well, whoever owns the car should keep their windows rolled up. If a cat can get in to pee, those two legged critters who go around stealing cars can get in as easily, and pee won't be the major concern then, would it?

Yes there is a hormone in a female cats urine that kills flowers so it can be her fault. There is nothing that you can do really. Tell them to roll up there car window to prevent her from urinating inside the car.
Have them sprinkle Cayenne (Powdered spice) in their garden it wont harm the cat but she will not like the taste and smell and should leave their garden alone.

Cats do spray.....but I don't think it would kill the flowers....unless they're getting too much liquid....like being over-watered and the flowers drown.....As far as the car goes....it's very possible because the sray, you may want to search the subject I don't know how to explain it, it's a way they leave their mark...has to do with their urine

My cat used to attempt this- until eventually we began both spraying him with water or crinkling a plastic sack each and every time we see him going into the laundry room. also, placed the laundry away or conceal it so the cat can not get to it.

all cats mark their teritory including females. they are leaving scent for males as well. try spaying her and my advice with all kitties is keep them inside its safer and healthier for them and they dont get blamed for flowers dying and other things! and yes the urine has ammonia in it as well as pheromones that does kill plants!

I would doubt it with the flowers, but maybe with the car, if she was able to get inside it somehow.
