You cannot tell if someone is a great kisser or not. I kissed a lot of men in my days and only 3 were really good, with those 3 good kissers only 1 guy had me and it was my ex.
I remember my ex-boyfriend kissed me for the very first time (he is Caucasian and I am African American). It was raining and we were in his car near a bridge that can oversee the city of St. Paul, first we were just talking for a while, after that he asked me if he can kiss me ( I agree).....when his lips touched mine I thought I was going to have a G-spot orgasm.
Lips come in all different shapes, sizes and colors.. but you can never know how someone would kiss you until you do.

No, you can't tell just by looking at their lips-now if they have great lips you might want to try to see if they are a good kisser-but trust me just cause a guy has nice lips doesn't mean they can kiss--

no, not really. but big lips do help, but it doesnt mean they are great at kissing. By their eyes and how they touch a women and how attentive they are to a women they are with or like! and other ways I can tell!

It depends on what type of experience you have. I can tell. If a guy licks his lips just right, then you know.

not at all. they can have angelina jolie lips and still be a sloppy kisser.

no , usually not ! but , full , big lips , usually indicates that the person is a sensual one . and that u 'll have some serious kissing to do !!!!! ...lol....
