Hello! This is the twenty-first century. The female sex has been liberated from its traditional passive role for decades. The new Pirates of the Caribbean movie is coming out this Friday. Ask the boy out to the movies and burger. The burger is optional.

You should take a chance... because that's what life is all about... you need to have the confidence that things will work out the way they are supposed to.
Ask him if he'd like to go for a walk sometime, or some similar interest that the two of you may have.

bump into him every now and then pretending it to be a coincidence start chatting normally and that way you will know him better,be friendly but do not ever show your interest, try building up an attitude of miss mysterious, and most of all- guys want girls to talk their hearts out and if anything that brings them down to their knees is a silent mysterious smile at an appropriate moment.
in one word make him say it if you are sure he is the man.

It amazes me how many of these questions really shouldn't be asked.
You need to ask YOURSELF this question, dear. Don't let other people tell you how to live your life. They do not have to deal with the consequences -- and you don't learn much of anything letting everyone else tell you what to do. Make your own decisions in life and evolve.

If you know that he definately likes you then you should ask him out. Don't think that a girl has to wait for the guy to do it because trust me with guys you could wait forever!

flirt with the guy and unless if hes a complete idiot he'll respond with asking you out or at the very least flirting back if he really does like you.

Either ask him out, or do nothing. If he likes you and doesn't ask, what's the point of holding out hope? If he doesn't ask, he must not like you enough.
