My hair breaks pretty easily because I've straightened it soo much (I have naturally REALLY curly hair) and it falls out (Although I still have A LOT of hair) but I want to grow it out (It's to my shoulders now). Is there anything I can do to help it?

Use a supplement called MSM (found at GNC), or use the vitamins called "Women's Hair, Skin and Nails Formula", also found at GNC for $10.

Other things that help your hair grow are leafy, dark green vegetables, drinking lots of water, and exercising. Minimizing harsh treatment and manipulation of the hair, such as perms, extensions, pulling/tension on the hair significantly helps. I've noticed tremendous improvement in the health and growth of my hair when I don't manipulate and chemically treat it.

Stop straightening your hair before you lose it all. Genetics are what determines how fast your hair grows. If it is breaking off, get a trim. This will help to keep it from breaking.

if you have split ends you should trim it, it helps your hair look longer, and stop straightening it for a while. you could also try using pantene pro-v conditioners. they have a ton of diferant conditioners for differant hair types, they might have one that will help your hair grow longer

i am a hair stylist in vegas, there are these vitamin pills made by Nioxin, for your hair nails and skin, They really do work. Both myself, my clients and my boyfriend used them when he shaved his head and it is amazing, We carry them at my salon, so any higher end salon should. good luck!
