I had to grind the vitamin up with a spoon on a paper towel. Then I would mix it in his fruit juice. Try it. It worked for me. If that doesn't work grind it up and mix it in applesauce or yogurt.

they make gummy vitamins now, some even have iron in them. Check the back of the package b/c some are for 2-4 year olds, some for 6+. Other than that I wouldn't worry about it. If your child won't eat green veggies try mangos and other vitamin-packed fruit.

He'll be fine. I was worried about vitamins too and asked our pediatrician about them. He said kids will get thier nutrients from the foods they eat, just keep it healthy.
But if you are still worried, try putting the liquid vitamins into his food or drink. That's what I do for my kids now.

As long as he is eating a healthy and balanced diet, then he may not even need the vitamin. If not, then try a healthy (NOT sugary) breakfast cereal since they are fortified with lots of vitamins.

it depends on why they were perscribed,
most children and adults can get all the vitamins they need from food, but for your child to do this he must be eating healthy. If a doctor has perscribed vitamins for a specific condition you need to talk to the doctor and let him know that the child isn't taking them.

He'll be perfectly fine, Vitamins are a good idea but not necessary. Try grounding it up and putting it in his sippy cup, I did that with one of my sons.

Try to make it fun for him. Try using examples. "Superman takes his vitamins, thats' why he's superstrong." "Let's play a game"
