Why do my joints ache?

I'm not really sick, but for a little chest congestion, but I am so achy. Especially in my joints. WHY!?

I feel like that when I am coming down with the flu. Drink lots of fluids and get in bed for a while. Rest.

Drink water, your body is trying to defend agains an illness its tired.

You probably have arthritis or MALARIA.
