Sesame Chicken! Yum Yum! It's to die for. I'm craving it now..

6 Servings : 21 Minutes (5 prep)
1 Serving: 199 calories, 14.3g (4% daily) carbs, 2.6g(4% daily) fat

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

1. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch strips.

2. Heat a large non-stick skillet, that has been sprayed with Pam, over medium-high heat.

3. Cook chicken strips for about 6 minutes until no longer pink.

4. Mix together honey, soy sauce, water, corn starch, ginger and red pepper flakes.

5. Wisk until no corn starch lumps appear.

6. Pour sauce mixture into skillet with chicken.

7. Cook until sauce thickens slighty.

8. You can add more water if sauce is to thick.

9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

10. Cover and smimmer for 10 minutes or until chicken starts to soak up the sauce.

Enjoy! Its delicious!

Easiest recipe ever! And it is soooooo delicious.

You will need:

Chicken (approx 6-8 breasts or 12 thighs)
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 cup of apricot preserves
1 cup of Russian dressing

Mix the preserves, dressing and onion soup mix together well and pour it over the chicken in a baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Pour excess glaze (left in pan) over chicken before serving.

Trust me, this is so simple and so tasty. I typically don't like apricot or any fruit glaze on chicken but the Russian dressing in this mixture really adds a tangy kick.

Very Very easy recipe...

From: Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 lemon
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:

CUT 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 tsp. juice from remaining lemon.

HEAT oil in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned.

ADD soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper. Top with lemon slices. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.

I usually makes more of the sauce to put over white rice and broccoli but its very easy to double the sauce. I have made this for a smal get together of about 15 people and it was still easy and delicious!

cut your chicken into cubes, brown in some butter/olive oil and add seasoned salt. When near done add an 8 oz pkg of cream cheese. Stir in til melted. Remove from heat.
Take 10 flour tortillas and evenly divide your meat filling (I use taco size). I lay them all out and spoon filling in center. Top with some shredded cheese and roll up like a burrito. Place each one in a greased 9 x 13 baker.
In a bowl mix a can of cream of chix soup with a cup of sour cream and a 1/4 cup milk. Pour this over your burritos and cover with more shredded cheese. I would buy 2 8 oz pkgs. total of cheese.
Bake this dish for 45 minutes on 350 degrees for easy white chicken burritos

This how I do my chicken if I am serving with rice or pasta or even potato salad.
I cut my chicken small pieces about 5cm.
then I wash with either lemon or lime juice and stand to drain.
next I blend together garlic, ginger, pimentoes, celery, chive and parsley and any other herbs of your choice. Then add this mixture to the chicken together with salt and hot pepper (optional)
then let it marinate for 30 mins.Put 1tablespoon of cooking oil in a hot pot, add 1tablespoon of brown sugar into the oil, when hot when the sugar starts floating and turned into a nice golden brown add the chicken turn, and let cook until all liquid dries up, turn and add 1 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes,

I like to take chicken...can be boneless or not. Put it in a baking or cake pan.
Add peppers-green,red,yellow,orange whatever I have around the house.
Some broccoli
Parmesan cheese
garlic

Sometimes I add some Italian dressing

Then I just bake it on about 450 until it is done.
Has a great flavor and goes great with pasta or potatos or even on bread!
