sudden moodiness is one of the most unreliable symptom of pregnancy. the most reliable is a missed period followed by a positive urine pregnancy test.
moodiness over last two days is nothing major to worry about perhaps something happened to upset you or you could be sleep deprived too. try listening to your favorite music, take long walks in the park to relax yourself.
if you like animals and have a pet then they are the best cure for any bad mood.

Yea, so can PMS. So can general stress.
What sign are you? If you are a Cancer or Pisces, don't give it any thought, tommorrow things will change!
If you're WORRIED about pregnancy, why the hell did you spread your knees!?
If you're not worried about pregancy, just think about tommorrow and all the ice cream, pizzas with anchovies that you will eat. On the down side, the Chinese place with the all you can eat buffet will be banning you for 9 months and you will have to learn to live with being a size 35 for a while.
Again, if that bothers you, why did you spread your knees?
I don't get girls. They won't take their panties off until they are under the covers, yet when they give birth it's in a room full of people who are ALL looking right at her 9 CM opening (and the opening right below it as well).
Wait and see what happens tomorrow. I don't mean to come down on you like a ton of bricks, but we all chose what we do in this world and it always has consequences!
Girls are so filled with emotions who can tell. It could be the barometric pressure.
Get ready for this, because no one, especially the father, is going to know how to deal with it!
We can't deal with you before sex, after sex, during your period, when you're pregnant, after you're pregant, when your kids reach puberty and you start to lie about what you did when you were a teen!
We try. We bring you things. We touch you. We hold you. You hate ever moment of it. Say we're mean (maybe we are), move all the furniture around.
It is impossible to please a girl in or out of pregnancy and I often think it's willful intent! You don't want us to succeed!
Relax and enjoy. If it's just heartburn don't worry.
If it's a baby and you don't think he's got it rough, stop making it rougher, can't you see him running his fingers through his hair in desperation! He don't know what you're going through, all he knows is all the fun sex is now gone and he has to work hard just to survive and for a man that's horrible!
So relax and enjoy, see what tomorrow brings....

Stress, Diet, lack of exercise....unfortunately for one problem there is another....Have you ever considered anti depressants? Not for ever just to help you through getting this Monkey off your back.
Sorry didn't read further...Moodiness can also fall under the effects of above. Pregnancy? Not sure...very very possible. Take a HPT and rule it out, however....if you are and arnt ready too be, well then be prepared actually either way for way more moodiness to come. If fact I recommend wearing a sign..OH! and staying far away from the male species

It could be because you have nothing to do, your bored, or something sad has happened in you life. Some people thought get depressed easily. Try going outside more, it might help, and have some fun. The pregnancy part I'm not sure about but i think your mood is suppose to change a lot during pregnancy, one minute happy, the next sad or angry, etc.

Let's recap.
You're on an antidepressant. You're moody. It's not PMS. You're not sure if it's pregnancy (or a hormonal imbalance).
There are a myriad of reasons for moodiness. Perhaps you're anxiety level has changed, or you've had high expectations only to have them let down... Perhaps you are pregnant, perhaps not.
Have you been checked for any mood disorders?
Define your moodiness.
Regardless, please talk to your physician and/or get a referral to a mental health professional.

Possibly or you have not gotten good or enough sleep or it could be depression or not eating well. Stress from work or school?
To early to tell and not enough info. Try thinking more about what is going on with you. Seek attention with your doctor if continues. Get tested if you are pregant and do not do anything that might be harmful to your baby until you know or if you are trying to get pregnant or having unprotected sex.
