seriously..thats not bad. It would be bad if the rings were in the ear..like some tribes in africa get it on. But this is completely normal for a girl child to have her ears pierced. In harlem you see babies asking for earings it's so cute!

It was cute! More than likely they took them off as soon as the picture was taken...I have lots of pictures of my kids with silly, ridiculous outfits/costumes on!
