If they practice this themselves wouldn't they teach their congregation that it is all good with God so do what you want? By what standards is morality judged in such churches with such ministers?

Hmmm, well some clergy who claim to be Christian are practicing homosexuals and no doubt some practicing clergy also engage in the acts 1 to 4 but we all sin and God knows we will not be perfect and forgives us. The problem comes not with clergy who engage in any of these things but only with those who advocate that these things are not contrary to God's will where there are.
Maybe, as the previous answerer has suggested you are taking that organisation called the Catholic church as representative of Christians in general. An odd move to make since sometimes it seems as if the organisation of the Catholic church is not Christian at all.

homosexuality is not moral according to my bible. The best I can do is pray for God to reveal his will to these clergy men.

I think the word "christian" is used too openly. It generalizes a religious population with different beliefs. I think you should be asking "If the Catholic clergy can be...................................".
