it's called "fitrah" in Islam. this fitrah is a code that God has put inside our heart of which there is a creator to this universe, one God. therefore when you hear someone says your God is only One, u know it's the truth without even aruging with him.
who taught the birds how to build its house, it's fitrah
who taught the baby to drink milk from his mom breast? it's fitrah
why everyone agree that there is God or creator? it's fitrah
but ur parents either lead ur direction of fitrah, so you either become jewish, christian or hindus. the fitrah that God has put inside our heart says there is only one God to the universal.

People who believe that all religious roads lead to the one true God believe this way because they want to think that whatever road they are on is okay with the man upstairs :-)
Unfortunately for many, all roads do not lead to the same place.
Matthew 7:13-14 “Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.”

I believe that there is something valuable in every religion. And, yes, this sometimes doesn't make sense, sometimes these beliefs do conflict with one another. However, to believe that one group of beliefs (say Christianity for example) is the ultimate truth is elitist and somewhat racist. Many Christians believe that if you don't believe exactly what they do, then you will burn in hell. This is not only ignorant, but ludicrous.
On this earth there are many people, from many cultures & religious traditions. To say that one particular group is "correct" denies the value in other religions. We are mortal human beings, we are not God & we don't know everything. No one group or set of beliefs is absolutley correct. Instead of focusing on what sets us apart when it comes to spirituality, we should try and learn from one another.
I think it's no mistake or coincidence that the earth is filled with a myriad of beliefs. I believe "God" intended for us to be different, to debate & to learn. No human on this earth can say you know exactly what God is & what His message for us is. Open your mind & celebrate the diversity on earth.
PS- Meredith is correct! Great analogy!!!

Hope! If you are looking for "the religious roads that lead to the one true God." You will never find it in religious practises or religion. God (Jesus Christ) is a relationship with your soul - not a religious practise.
Your soul can only belong to One - for me that is God (Jesus Christ) - religious practises were and are maintained by individuals/groups - it has nothing to do with your soul. It's states in the Bible - there will be people who call on His name - that will not enter heaven - it's because God (Jesus Christ) is concerned with your soul.
I hope that you that you find the answers that you're searching for - and the strength to ask the questions that you need!

"Do you've self belief that each and each and every one non secular beliefs convey about GOD and salvation?" No. Why would all religions lead on your version of god and salvation? many faiths do not actually have a theory of salvation nor the theory that salvation is even required. Christianity, in its theory of our wanting salvation, makes a sale equivalent to that of Snake Oil. It components a declare of an ailment that we do not have any evidence for and then also components the remedy for that ailment with none evidence that the remedy works.

I makes no sense for sure... but then, ALL religions are man invented. Religion is mans attempt to controle the god, or gods, that he has invented. and to dictate to otherer what ever that god suposadly decrees.
From the Christian Faith pov this is not The Way. Those of the true Christian Faith do not practice any 'religion". The relationship of God to those of The Faith is one-on-one and personal. No man invented doctrin or dogma involved.
for a bit more on my pov haer is a link to a page on my websit about the general subject

Islam=IsIarri
EMPEROR=E IV I PER...
all things to praise or laud or honour god not organized crime code but rebells in the roman valley 4000 years ago started a rebellion against the coming Deity and caused books making HIM look impossible and then tried to enslave all mankind so that even god should he ever chose to be born would be caught in their evil plans.
so if you understand IV=IIII the E IV I = E IIII I
so that is the one true god their is no other, ever. and the capos fight for control of the ears ever since.

Consider this metaphor. We are all sat in front of a large fire which is flickering and casting different shadows on the wall. Now, depending on where you are sitting, you will all see the shadows from a different angle but ultimately, aren't you're still sat in front of the same fire? It is therefore possible to have different versions of the truth and they can all be equally valid.
