When I was a child my mom would have us take our baths on a Saturday Morning. In winter in the cold and being children I guess we didn't get too gross.

Now I like to Take long Hot Baths and Long Hot Saunas which really get my skin clean maybe even disinfected. Then I last 3 days before I need to repeat the treatment. I like to cook myself clean. A quick rinse would not have the same effect. I have to let the water penetrate the dirt rather than just wetting it with some soapy watter.

After reading this i may try to postpone my shower or bath for a week and see how I last.

God Bless You,

6 days. I was at Burning Man, and although they have makeshift showers (in the middle of the desert if you can believe it!) I chose to NOT shower cause I shower daily in my 'normal' life & I wanted not live my normal life while at Burning Man

Maybe two days, but any longer than that would be even more gross. Sometimes on the weekend I relax a little too much, but everyday is my usual since it is just the clean way to go.

45 days in the field in the army I used fire smoke. It's called a smudge bath, the smoke kills the bacteria. It was an interesting training experience

4 days, no air conditioning and it was so hot that taking a shower made you sweat even more, even if it was a cold shower.
