Your heart. Wisdom comes in time. You have to have lived through a lot to obtain wisdom. As for peace and love, that you have to find on your own. Peace, you can obtain at any time. Just try to look at things through everyone's eyes. Love, there are many styles of love. There is the love you have for your friends and family. And there is the love you feel for that special someone. I too am also trying to find love. Anyway, I hope my words help. =]

Wisdom, IMO, comes from understanding which stems from knowledge entwined with experience. The experience can be firsthand or gained through observation and compassion. Wisdom goes hand in hand with love. When one is wise enough to fully understand the human nature and the levels of maturity found within the human race compassion develops and even those many would view as enemies are understood. Inner peace reigns as wisdom encompasses more of our thought processes and emotions. It's found through living the human experience and maintaining an open mind to soak it all in.

well It seems to be in the Bible and it seems that God just gives people wisdom as a gift sometimes.. Like Solomon..
1Ki 4:29 And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.
Pro 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
Pro 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

You find wisdom if you seek it. Seek knowledge and gain experience of life and you should find wisdom. Yet again not everyone finds wisdom. Some are gifted with it, some learn it, some gain it over years, while others will never get it.

By learning from your mistakes. If you keep making the same mistakes, you aren't gaining wisdom, nor are you gaining peace. But you don't have to be wise to be loved.

You can gain wisdom by meeting God. One of the easiest, safest and fastest way to meet God is by Soul Travel. Soul Travel is expansion of consciousness. You can do this by finding a comfortable place where you wont be disturbed and close your eyes and chant the sacred name of God, HU. But before you start the chanting, you must fill youself with love. For God is love. And IT can only be approached in purity of the heart and with love.

Jehovah is willing to share his wisdom with us regardless of our background and education. (1 Corinthians 1:26-29) But we must take the initiative, for the Bible urges us to “acquire wisdom.” (Proverbs 4:7) How can we do so?
5 First, we need to fear God. “The fear of Jehovah is the start of wisdom [“the first step to wisdom,” The New English Bible],” says Proverbs 9:10. Fear of God is the foundation of true wisdom. Why? Recall that wisdom involves the ability to use knowledge successfully. To fear God is, not to cower before him in terror, but to bow before him in awe, respect, and trust. Such fear is wholesome and powerfully motivating. It moves us to bring our life into harmony with our knowledge of God’s will and ways. There is no wiser course that we could take, for Jehovah’s standards always promote the highest good for those who follow them.
6 Second, we must be humble and modest. Godly wisdom cannot exist without humility and modesty. (Proverbs 11:2) Why is that? If we are humble and modest, we are willing to admit that we do not have all the answers, that our opinions are not always right, and that we need to know Jehovah’s mind on matters. Jehovah “opposes the haughty ones,” but he is pleased to grant wisdom to those who are humble at heart.—James 4:6.
A third essential is the study of God’s written Word. Jehovah’s wisdom is revealed in his Word. To acquire that wisdom, we must put forth the effort to dig for it. (Proverbs 2:1-5) A fourth requirement is prayer. If we sincerely ask God for wisdom, he will be generous in giving it. (James 1:5) Our prayers for the help of his spirit will not go unanswered. And his spirit can enable us to find the treasures in his Word that can help us to solve problems, ward off danger, and make wise decisions.—Luke 11:13.
8 Jehovah’s wisdom is practical. The disciple James described the fruits of divine wisdom when he wrote: “The wisdom from above is first of all chaste, then peaceable, reasonable, ready to obey, full of mercy and good fruits, not making partial distinctions, not hypocritical.” (James 3:17) As we discuss each of these aspects of divine wisdom, we might ask ourselves, ‘Is the wisdom from above at work in my life?’
“Wisdom is the prime thing. Acquire wisdom.” (Proverbs 4:7)
The proverb counsels: “Buy truth itself and do not sell it—wisdom and discipline and understanding.” (Proverbs 23:23.) But the seeker must spend time in study of God’s Word; learn His commands, laws, reminders, and counsel; consider the history of God’s acts and doings; then apply these in his life. (Deuteronomy 4:5, 6; Psalms 19:7; 107:43; 119:98-101; Proverbs 10:8; compare 2 Timothy 3:15-17.) He must develop firm faith and unshakable conviction that God’s power is invincible, that His will is certain of success, and that His ability and promise to reward faithfulness are sure.—Heb. 11:1, 6; 1 Cor. 15:13, 14, 19.
Only in this way can the person make right decisions as to his life course and not be swayed by fear, greed, immoral desire, and other damaging emotions. (Proverbs 2:6-16; 3:21-26; Isaiah 33:2, 6.)
