I have a meal supplement which says I should have 443 grams of it per 2 cups of milk, but I dont know how much this is and how many tablespoons to use. Thank you!

it depends on what you are measuring. tablespoons measure volume, not weight, so a more dense item will take fewer teaspoons to make 443 grams.

This is a difficult question, because grams are a measure of weight and tablespoons are a measure of quantity.
A kilogram is about 2.2 pounds, so 443 grams is about one pound. I have no idea how many tablespoons there are in a pound of powdery substance. Are you sure about your measurements? It seems strange to put a pound of anything into two cups of milk. Is there an address on the label, or a weg site on the label, that you could contact to get more information or to double check those instructions. They really sound strange!

grams is a measure of weight. It depends on how heavy it is per tablespoon.

It should state how many serving per container and then you can measure the whole thing using tablespoons, but 443 grams is right about 1 pound. I would use a diet kitchen scale. They are cheap at Wally World.

i suggest you use a kitchen scale and mesure out .9746 lbs, or about 1
