a fish in the sea asked 'what is water ? where is ocean ?'

God is all and all are God..

some other perspectives..
in the science, the very beginning is 'the great void' and then comes the planets, etc.. and so humans.. let's called it 'being'..
just like the story above.. the fish cannot understand the water/ocean because it 'being a fish'..
and so by us 'being human' tends to separated ourselves from God..
God is all and all are God..

well i'm not trying to force you to believe me.. i'm just want your opinion.. why you think God is separated from us ?

and it also the root of my previous questions..
back there i can't find the 'word' but now i found it, it is the matter of 'separation'

is it okay to pray without believing in God ?

When a soul incarnates, it lowers its vibration in order to unite with matter. In doing so, it is cut off from direct access to The Light Of The God Force on the Other Side - channeling notwithstanding - until it once again returns to Spirit. That is the nature of the separation. It is a separation of energy, a shrinking of one's consciousness down in order to incarnate, and a separation from those we are close to on the Other Side.

My anwer is simple. this life is the time for us to prepare to meet god. It is a test in which faith is shown. Many people who seek god will find him. If you believe your religion and church it should eventually draw you close to him. I have never seen god but know after this life I will. How do you like my bold answer? It is true are father lives and only we contol our destiny. a good scripture to look up if you ever get the chance is luke 17 6 and 1 corintians15 17 Faith is a principle. I have a testimony of faith I left my sister in a world of hurt when i left to be adopted . we live the ganster life of drug etc... what im getting to is i prayed and trusted god. Faith without works is dead. That is the scripture that has made all the difrence My sister may never understand me but someday Ill see my savoir and he will.

I agree with Carlos, We separate ourselves from God. God created us with free will for us to serve him or not. It started with Adam and Eve. They had a real close and good relationship with God, because they were perfect and sinless. They chose to disobey Him. They were not so tempted that they could'nt help themselves, because they had no human weakness, like we do today. As a result, they ruined that relationship and we inherit the imperfection. We still have a choice though. God still put it before us. It is up to us if we want to serve Him. He wants us to serve Him because we genuinely want to, not because of fear of consequences.

Your garbled recollection of some sermon you heard once doesn't really ask anything profound.

You have chosen to believe and nothing anyone says or does is going to change that. But if you want to really think about things try reading the link.

If one understand GOD, there is no longer something to split one from God. each cellular of a physique is inseparable from a living physique. All cells constitutes jointly as a physique. further GOD isn't something yet potential and each thing and one and all is manifestation of potential purely !

God is not separated from us, despite all evidence to the contrary. Each of us carries a tiny spark of the divine within us. All we need to do is discover it and then learn how to use it.

when Jesus died on the cross and took our sins to the grave, and rose again, after he ascended into heaven, God sent the Holy Spirit to live inside His children. God does not want to be separated from us, we only are if we choose to be. God is alive inside of me and inside the soul of every other person who's accepted Jesus Christ. he's everywhere.

God cannot abide with sin. He loved us but could not abide with us. That is why God send Jesus to intercede for us. He died for us and now He waits for us to pray so He can go to the Father for us.

God is with us all the time but we don't choose to be with him.

Footprints in the Sand

Upon the shore, I walked with Him at even
And I looked back upon the path we’d trod
And in the sand I traced our way at even
And I was glad I’d walked through life with God:
For side by side we’d journeyed through together
All through the world’s wide wilderness of care
And side by side we’d journeyed through to even:
Safe at his side the Lord my God had brought me here.

But in my joy I caught a strain of sadness
To give me pause when thinking of my way
For on the shore I saw he’d left me lonely
When I had most the need of him to stay:
When I was tried he’d left me worn and wandering,
He’d left me lone when I was fighting fears,
He’d let me tread the steepest slopes in solitude
Before he came back to my side to dry my tears.

But then the Lord drew near to me in comfort
And in his tenderness he made it plain
That in the times when dread and darkness threatened
He was my shield and shelter from the pain:
For on his shoulders he was gently bearing
And on his shoulders I from harm was free:
The single trace of footprints of the Master,
The single trace of footprints shows he carried me.

So on the shore I walk with Him at even;
I face the latter days of life secure,
For if my pilgrimage reserves me sorrow
The footprints show that He is strong and sure:
If I am near the gates of heaven weary,
No longer strong enough to stride alone
The footprints show that he is there to carry me:
The footprints show the Lord my God will bear me home.

God exists outside of our dimensions. He exists outside of time and space but he is present in them. (like a person who makes a car can get in to the car but doesn't exist there)
