if 3/4 of your diet consisted of fruits and vegetables in their natural form or minimally processed without additives then you would not need vitamin water, vitamin tablets or to waste money on similar "Feel Good" supplements.. if you were to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system in your residence you would not need to purchase "Feel Good" water, such as bottled water.
Bottled water may not actually be healthier than your tap water. many companies just filter, there own tap water.
ArrowHead Brand Water is a great example. they say there water comes from a spring deep in the mountains. It does. all of Southern California gets mountain spring water that comes down the Colorado river. they take the processed, treated and filtered tap water and Filter it again and bottle it. as do most brands of bottled water.including aquafina, dasani, evian, zepherhills Etc. Juice usually has added sugar, natural or artificial, and preservatives and other additives such as color to make it more pretty. many vitamin supplement tablets pass through the body without breaking down. vitamin pills clog the sewage systems of the world. Just because the vitamins are suspended in an aqueous solution does not mean it benefits the body. they still can lack the enzymes necessary to turn it into a usable absorb-able form.

Vitamin water cost $1.35 here where I live. If I bought on for everyday of the month I would have spent $40.50 for my daily vitamin boost yes! its a rip off. a bottle of vitamins, good ones are less than $10 bucks. its cheaper to take the pill. also the vitamin waters only give you certain minerals and herbal treatments.

Well according to my Vitamin Water bottle it's only 1% juice so if you're buying it for the juice factor you're kidding yourself.

Its VITAMIN water because its "suppose" to contain a percentage of your daily essential vitamins needed......although they vary depending on what it is you're actually trying to achieve........

For Example.........I've been moving all weekend and Im tired and need to be revived therefore I bought the Revive flavored Vitamin water also known as fruit punch with emphasis on the B+Potassium to help me achieve this goal.

It contains Vitamin C, VItamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B5 along with Potassium, Carbs(13g) and Sugar(13g)

I dont feel no revival comin on so maybe it has to sink it........

More or less its just another flavored water that gives you that extra sense of self........Just a little something to make you feel that you've done something healthy for yourself...........dont wanna take a pill have a bottle and feel just as good about it :)~

I love em all..........altho some tend to be more flavorful than others...........but like I said if you're lookin for juice you'll have to resort to the standart OJ APPLE GRAPE AND CRANBERRY or any other combination of whatever you prefer because this is simply............Flavored Water with a little extra to get you through the day...........or so they say and you tell yourself and then it is so :)~

Its the only juice they sell at school anymore... now that they are only allowed to sell "healthy" stuff to us. ya right... funny how they take out juice vending machines but continue to sell it in the lunch line... this whole "healthy eating in school" is just rediculous. most of the kids I know dont even eat lunch at school. anyways, I think it tastes OK but most people dont buy water so its pretty much a rip off... plus juice(depending on what kind of course) is deff. cheaper than it.
