You probably cant get another actual charm for his collar but the vet that gave him his shots will have his paperwork on file..Thats the most important thing you need!

You should have received a copy when you went into license them. Where ever you went (usually at city hall) should be able to give you another copy, sometimes for an extra fee though. You also should have received a rabies certificate with the number on it from you vet when he got his shot. (You need to show proof of his rabies shot to actually license you dog in the first place.) If you need the rabies number, call your vet!

you're supposed to get the rabies tag when your dog gets the rabies shot

you can go to a petsmart and they have pet tag machine makers!
