I told him I that I love him but he hasn't returned the feeling. He told me he's not in love with me but enjoys being with me. Says he likes me and we have a good time and that he has "deep" feelings for me. We spend alot of time together, with family and friends, takes me on trips, we get along great in everyway! It's seem perfect except for the most important aspect...that he doesn't feel love for me. I find it heartbreaking because I know that eventually if this doesn't change I will have to move on. I'm 45 divorced (2 grown kids) - he's 45 never been married, but was engaged 3 yrs ago - he broke it off. I just think that after 1yr. you should know by now - he knows me well enough by now. So what do you think? Should I hang in there a little longer? Can't make someone love you. In 1 or 2 months he decides he loves me, seems he should know by now. I've been patient but don't know how much longer.

Give him time ......... Test him for 7 days........ No phone calls., no visits, just avoid him........... Show him a world w/o u........ if he likes it........ leave him......... he is not ur man..........
If he missed u badly and feel joy when he see u after 7 days........
Know it he is urs and sure the future is good for u..........

are you sure he's not in love with you? us guys sometimes have a hard time show our love. call us stupid but its true. why dont you try going away for a week not having any contact with him if he panics and trys every way he can to contact u. It shows hes care alot about you. It might not be pure love but caring is love hidden under layers of man ego. and if your his first girl friend its more true then not. But if your sure he does not love you then its not worth wasting time because as a guy if I dont love a girl only reason I dont break it off is I am waiting for something better to come along. Call me what you will but its true in most guys.

How do you know he's not in love with you? And if he's not in love with you, why waste your time? Think about it !!
