I own both. The cat is much easier to take care of. However, only lets us pet him when he feels like it, is only nice when he wants to be fed, and lays around all day after out playing all night. And baths are the hardest. Oh - and won't keep a collar on, because he's also an outside cat and all cat collars are break-away.
The dog needed a lot of work, and training. Potty training was the worst! However, the dog shows affection even when she's not hungry, is there happy and wagging when I get home, will take a bath without a fight.
But both are worth it. And, the kids love them.

I actual were contained in the military previously and definite he's sacraficing yet there are various different techniques for a reward as a way to assert for this. i'd take the puppy lower back and take a seat and communicate and settle on to get a puppy at a extra acceptable time. Your already at your puppy reduce on your livign section why probability the ;landlord to MAKE you get rid of one. settle on "once you bypass" or "at the same time as your out of school" then to get a puppy once you dont have a lot happening. Your husband replaced into wrogn to attempt this merely reason he's contained in the defense force doesnt make this excusable.

I have owned and loved both. It depends on the amount of time you have to spend with a pet. Dogs require much more time and attention than cats do which is a big plus for me (with having to travel for work a day or two a week).

I prefer a puppy as they are so affectionate and always glad to see you, no matter what. They are a lot of work but well worth it. I alos think dogs are so much smarter than cats. Kittens are very independent and don't require much to looking after them. Cats let you live with them. lol

Cats are alot less work, more independent, and can take care of themselves (especially if you need to go away!) Dogs are alot more work, need to be let out, fed, cleaned up after, walked or exercised, need to have someone watch when you go away, and need lots of attention! A major factor when choosing, is if you are allergic to either! And since I am, I choose a PUPPY!

Puppy. Kittens are okay, but cats are boring. Dogs are great.
