I drink 1 to 2 cups daily with VERY minimal cream and even less sugar and my husband says it's making me fat. I've never seen a "low fat" coffee, so does coffee really make you fat and if so, how many calories (average) are in a cup?

on the contrary. coffee has caffine, usually when you drink it, it's in the morning and mid-day. your metabolism is sped up with the caffine so techqnically your metabolism has been speeding through out the day. this would make you loose weight

hey last year I used to drink coffee like every morning with sugar and milk. I kinda withdrew from it this year lol and my belly is more abs and less bloating. I don't think it makes a big difference though but youll deff not consume as much sugar if you "quit"....

coffee doesn't have many calories to it- it's what you add to it (cream, milk, sugar) that adds calories and fat.
