Is it better to workout before you eat any breakfast, or after?

work out at the buttcrack of dawn. that will immediatly speed up your metabolism not only for the first meal of the day, but for the entire day. since you want to keep your metabolism running, every three hours, have something small to eat so it never stops running....yay! go metabolism

most folks believe that working out before any breakfast ia better. You have a better control of what your eating and you get full faster after a good workout. hAVE A Great day.,

What I do is eat a bowl of cereal, then drive to the gym (which takes about 15 minutes). I would wait a little while because you don't want to throw-up or feel sick when working out. And don't eat a huge breakfast.
