Practice makes perfect. I have really bad handwritting(& spelling) and i tell myself i have ADD.

Pick one letter a week,
Look at someone elses handwriting and steal a letter from them. if i really like the way someone writes thier "e" i steal it copy it and practice it. it works. !!!

All I can suggest is practise.

I have arthritis in my hands so I don't handwrite anymore. I use the computer to write, which is nice as I can hide my problem.

However, I once did have nice handwriting because I practised writing in my spare time, kept a journal and kept a handful of pen pals I enjoyed writing to.

Eventually my writing improved because I spent my time doing this and it got better over time.

try different ways of writing letters. i used to have awful handwriting, and i'm add also. I found that often those with illegible handwriting are thinking faster than they are writing and therefore it ends up scrambled. My solution to my problem was to connect some of my letters and write them in different ways. My handwriting has slowly improved, but I write in journals constantly, so that might be part of it. Practice helps.

Mine was changed by my 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Barrigada. Every time she saw me writing sloppy, she smacked my hand with a ruler! I learned quick to write better and to this day have good handwriting. Quit blaming it on ADD, it's a cop out. Practice, practice, practice! You can do it, I swear you can!

Just practice, practice, practice. Get an example of handwriting that you wish yours looked like, and take your time trying to copy it. With time, you should see improvement.

Don't worry about the ADD "label", all those terms are just convenient ways for shrinks to categorize people. Don't be afraid to be yourself, and enjoy your individuality! Good luck to you, dear.

seriously, go to the school supply store and get that brown paper with the dotted line in the middle. When you're by yourself practice writing. Make sure all the letters are the same size. have fun.

Practice takes u to perfection
Try to practice
See a copy of a preson with good hand writing & try to imitate it
If it doesn't work try to make a new hand writing urself
get it to perfection by writng slowly ,then practice writing fast

calligraphy exercise helps because its like a form of art and remember there are "ADD" artists out there too..... i practised for years before my hand writing became what i wanted it to be and it sure paid off because almost everyone compliments how neat handwriting i have now (if only they´d seen it before hand 10 years ago im sure it was worse than yours) have a try with this link and dont rush it it takes time http://www.icslearn.co.uk/creative-skills-leisure-courses/fashion-art-design/calligraphy

MY cousin improved her hand writing by writing over + over practicing. I noticed tho when she wrote fast it was kind of sloppy. So most peoples hand writing looks better if they write slower.
