You've got part of it right! There are many people that believe Jesus died for their sins, but they don't care. These people will not go to heaven. You must confess your sins and admit that you did wrong. Eternal life is a gift, and all you have to do is accept it.

Yes, I must certainly do. In John 3:16 it says "For God so loved the wrold that He give His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Also Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life."
There are other verses in the Bible as well that tell me that if I confess those wrongs(sin) I have done, repent and believe that Jesus paid the price then I will have life everlasting.
I can tell for sure that I know the difference He has made in my life.

It takes more than just belief. The chief rulers believed Jesus, but would not confess Him (John 12:42), and so Jesus denied them before the Father (Matthew 10:32-33). These people believed, but were still lost. Man is not saved by faith only (James 2:24).

Matthew 7:21 ¶Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

you should percentage the "truth" together with her. you won't be able to rigidity someone to remember on Jesus, through the indisputable fact that human being can in ordinary words settle for Jesus into their even as the holy spirit calls upon them. it is your pastime to percentage the reliable information together with her so that you'll plant the "seed". Many will come and water the seed even as God makes it boost. even as she turns right into a believer in Jesus like you, her seed may then blossom right into a eye-catching flower. So bypass out and carry forth the reliable information!

Oh reguardless of how you treat others you'd be in heaven so long as you mouth the correct words?

I guess all that God cares about is that people say they love him. What they do doesn't matter only what words come out of their hypocritical mouth! HOW CHRISTIAN!
